The Phoenix Application Suite for SunSystems 4 & 5 is a collection of business applications and utilities which automate accounting processes, reduces manual effort, and thus provides rapid return on investment.
PDF Manager
Converts any SunSystems printed output to a PDF providing full windows printing for SunSystems. Customisable stylesheets give enhanced formatting capability. Reports may optionally be emailed using Email Manager.
Payments Manager
Integrates SunSystems with electronic payments systems from any bank. Eliminates re-keying of payments and lets Sun do the work.
Inter-Company Manager
Automatic inter-company transactions across business units which may be in different locations. Considerably reduces the time taken to reconcile inter-company accounts at month-end.
Cash Manager
Entry and allocation of cash receipts and payments across accounts and business units, automatically generates inter-company transactions and exchange differences.
Cash Matching
Rapid, automatic cash allocation according to predefined rules.
Email Manager
Email any report from within SunSystems 4 and 5 to a predefined distribution list. Documents such as Purchase Orders, Remittance Advices and Debtor Statments may be emailed to recipients automatically.
